David and Jennifer Pogue, of Woody Lane, were arrested on May 16 at 10:24 pm. on charges of disorderly conduct. According to the police, the two were involved in an argument that turned physical. They were both released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk on May 16.
