Bridgeport Man Fails to Appear on Drug Charges from Westport
The original arrest took place in 2011.
Officers responded Friday to Bridgeport Superior Court to pick up a suspect on a failure to appear warrant that stems from a 2011 narcotics arrest made by the Westport Police Department, according to a an arrest report.
Westport police charged 28-year-old Meegui Lopez-Carreno, of Bridgeport, with first-degree failure to appear.

He was released after posting a $2,500 surety bond. He is due in Norwalk Superior Court on Dec. 17.
