Westport Inn Partners With Garelick & Herbs

The new Westport Inn announced that it has entered into an agreement with Garelick & Herbs to operate the in-house catering needs for events at the Westport Inn effective immediately.

The Westport Inn, an upscale, newly renovated 117 room hotel on Post Road East in Westport, introduced several new meeting and banquet facilities in late 2011 at the hotel,  with the ability to serve up to 300 guests for weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, as well as business conferences and smaller rooms for workshops and seminars.  The opulent banquet spaces have received a tremendous reception from the community with over 100 events booked to date this year.

Garelick & Herbs (garelickandherbs.com) is one of the premiere caterers of Fairfield County.  With three gourmet stores in Westport, Greenwich and New Canaan, they have established themselves as among the finest high-end caterers in the region.

Paula Garelick said of the new partnering with the Westport Inn, “I am so excited to work with the Westport Inn and serve the community with such a fabulous ballroom and meeting spaces.”

Dan Miller, Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westport Inn, further went on to say, “We are delighted and proud to welcome Garelick & Herbs as our in-house caterer. We are confident that with our fantastic new facilities and Garelick & Herbs’ exceptional cuisine, we together can provide an unrivaled, high quality experience for our future customers and clients.”

In addition to the 3500 square foot Westport Ballroom, the Westport Inn has two other meeting rooms that can each serve 100 and 150 people respectively for private parties and meetings. The inn is one of the few locations in Westport that can host large on- site catered events. The Westport Inn will soon be unveiling a brand new executive board room which will be available for intimate meetings or professional gatherings.
