The Westport Woman’s Club installed its new board with Mary Lee Clayton leading as President for 2012 – 2013 club year. Board members include (pictured left to right):
Penny Perlman (Program), Bobbie Herman (Membership), Leah Scherzer (1st VP Special Interests, Program), Arlene Wolfe (Parliamentary Advisor), Mary Lee Clayton (President), Ruth Ann Carroll (Curio Cottage Liaison), Susan Fox (Secretary), Barbara Szefc (Treasurer), Nancy Holland (Grounds), Wynne Abrams (Rentals), Clare Clark (House). Arlene Johnson, not pictured, will serve as 2nd VP Finance.
The Westport Woman’s Club, organized in 1907, is a non-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to volunteerism and the raising of funds in support of the educational, charitable, cultural and public health services in Westport and surrounding towns. In addition to supporting numerous community services, the Club offers a great number of social activities for its members and for the community at large.
