Benko To Perform Autobiographical Cabaret At La Roue Elayne on October Eighth

, presented by MouseMuse Productions,
brings Fairfield native Julie Benko to the Cobb’s Mill Inn on October eighth in
a musical cabaret. Ms. Benko’s show: Wandering
Star:Tales From The Road
is an autobiographical recounting of her
adventures on the road while touring from a young age. Benko’s credits include
national tours with Spring Awakenings,
Les Miserables, and showcase her
varied musical talents, sprinkled with quirky anecdotes from her many years as
an actress.

Opening for Ms. Benko is Dee Andrian, sharing
stories from her memoir about her mother and her own ascent out of the
coalmining area as “Miss Johnstown Pa,
1954”
. Ms. Andrian is a Westport resident. “My mother had a hard life with
eight kids and no money, but she was beyond happy that I was a beauty queen. I
thought it was funny.” Dee’s mother died at 48.

Doors open for this edition of Live Magazine At The Falls at 6:00 pm. The show begins at 7:45.
