Program Overview Meeting – We will have a program overview meeting for all parents on March 2 at Saugatuck Elementary School. Meeting  begins at 1pm and will run until 2pm. Please attend. This is an important meeting where you can have your questions answered regarding the upcoming season. The first day of evaluations, March 8, is not the right time to have your questions answered.

Practice Schedules – We are working toward having the practice schedules posted to the web site by early next week. New this year grades 4-8 will practice one night per week at sono field house during the weeks of March 10 and March 17. Practice days and times will be posted next week. See the “Key Dates” tab on the PAL Lacrosse web site for a summary of events to start the season.

Coaching Staff Update – We are working incredibly hard to ensure we have excellent coaches in each grade. Our goal is to have all non-parent coaches in grades 7 and 8. A coaches list will be posted to the web shortly and updated as additional coaches join the PAL staff.

Wall Ball –Travel teams, grades 4-8, start practice in five weeks. Wall ball is the best way for your son to improve his stick skills. Please see some wall ball drills on the attached link

We hope the kids are getting excited for a great lacrosse season!
