Kidville Westport Grand Opening

Kidville – a premier children’s facility named 'best of' by New York Magazine – is announcing the opening of their new 4,800 square foot facility at 1572 Post Road East on September 15, 2013. 

Kidville Westport, the sixteenth Kidville location in the Tri-State area, will host a special Grand Opening Celebration on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 10 am to 2 pm featuring activities, refreshments, raffles for free classes, and Kidville’s signature music program, Rockin’ Railroad (Rockin’ Railroad concerts @ 10:30am and 12pm).

Kidville offers Westport, Fairfield, Wilton, Weston, Norwalk and other neighboring towns a wide range of developmental classes including Rockin’ Railroad music classes, Run Wiggle Paint & Giggle, My Big Messy Art Class, Big Muscles for Little Babies, Kidville Gymnasts, Kidville Sports and Kidville University (Kidville’s Twos Program). The Westport location (located in the former Goodwill space) will feature three classrooms, including a state of the art indoor play space, a retail boutique, and a wide array of birthday party themes such as the Ultimate All-Star Gym Party and the Sizzling Spectacular Science Party. Kidville membership ranges from Silver which is complimentary with enrollment in any Kidville class, to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond optional upgrade levels which offer additional discounts and wonderful benefits.

Valerie Gutman, “Mayor” of Kidville Westport, said that as a Westport mother of two young children (ages 3 and 6), she saw a need for just this type of facility.

“I was missing a great place to take my own kids for classes that engage, entertain and foster social skills.  As a former Kidville member myself in New York City, Westport seemed like an ideal place to bring this concept to our residents,” said Gutman.  “Now that it’s here, I’m thrilled and proud to present our inaugural Fall class schedule and to be part of such a wonderful, family-centric community in Westport.”    

Interested families who sign up now for a Fall ’13 class or Kidville University will receive $50 off and an automatic upgrade to Gold Membership.  Kidville Westport’s inaugural Fall semester begins the week of September 15, 2013.
