The Watermark at 3030 Park Hosts Laughter for Life Club

On Tuesday, September 17, The Watermark at 3030 Park will host its Laughter for Life Club meeting. The meeting is open to the public and will be held from 2:00-3:30 p.m. at the retirement community, located at 3030 Park Avenue on the Bridgeport/Fairfield town line.

September’s meeting will feature a presentation called “Transform Negative Karma for True Happiness,” by guest speakers Hans Wilhelm and Penny Cohen. The pair will discuss the history of the concept of Karma and explore methods to help people overcome negative thoughts in their life.

“We are excited to welcome Hans and Penny to The Watermark to help our residents and guests gain a more positive and uplifting way of thinking,” said Tracy-Ann Samuel, Community Life Director at The Watermark at 3030 Park. “This is a great example of how we work hard to make sure the folks who live and visit The Watermark continue to learn and thrive.”
