Free parking (after 6pm) and free special family event! Rain or shine!
On Sat. Aug. 11 at 6:15 p.m. at the Sherwood Island Nature Center, come face to face with exotic animals, brought to you by Animal Embassy. This special free family event will take participants around the world with unique rescued animals. Animal Embassy will help children interpret and mimic some of the animals’ means of communication. They will learn to grunt like a hippo and roar like a lion. Get ready to meet a Solomon Islands monkey-tailed skink, an Arizona Mountain King snake or even an African bullfrog and Eclectus parrot.
