WESTPORT COMMUNITY THEATRE continues its hit season with a taut suspense thriller, "A Picasso" by Jeffrey Hatcher, directed by Alexander Kulcsar.

Occupied Paris, 1941 – and eccentric artist Pablo Picasso matches wits with a female German interrogator in a dangerous game full of dark humor, sexual tension and suspense. Politics, love, truth, and art converge and unravel as a cat-and-mouse game unfolds – with a thought-provoking twist at its thrilling climax. Featuring Alexander Kulcsar in a tour-de-force performance as Pablo Picasso and Ann Kinner as his Ministry of Culture attaché, Miss Fisher.

The 2004 hit play play runs April 13 – 29, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, Sundays at 2:00 pm, and Thursday, April 19 at 8:00 pm. Westport Community Theatre is located at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue in Westport. There is a senior discount of $2, groups of 10 or more enjoy a $2 per ticket discount, and there is a special "Student Rush" discount 15 minutes prior to performances for students of all ages with a valid student identification card.
