New York Times bestselling author Jane Green will appear at Westport Country Playhouse for its theatrical literary salon series, “Books Worth Talking About” on August 29 at 6:30 p.m.
It will be a night of stimulating discussion about love, family and parenthood – themes from her latest book, “Another Piece of My Heart” which are also evident in the Playhouse’s production of “Harbor” to be presented after the salon at 8 p.m.
“Harbor,” which runs from Aug. 28 to Sept. 15 comically follows longtime couple, Ted and Kevin, who are living happily in Sag Harbor before their lives are suddenly infiltrated by Kevin’s estranged sister and her 15-year-old daughter, quickly causing tensions to rise in their once perfect home.
