Nobody knows the art of Scandinavian cooking like Chef Fritz Knipschildt of Café Chocopologie. According to Fritz, finally Scandinavia is being rewarded for its fine cooking with awards like the best restaurantgoing to NOMA and the Best Chef in the World going to Chef Rasmus Kofoed. Fritz will demonstrate the art of clean, simple cooking with local ingredients. Come enjoy a master of Scandinavian cooking at work and add a new taste to your repertoire!
