The Second Annual Chefs Challenge 2012

You be the judge as Connecticut’s finest Chefs put their recipes to the test!

This fall marks the return of one of the most competitive challenges in Connecticut culinary history.  The Connecticut Chefs Challenge, a fundraiser for the Optimus Foundation, promises to be this year’s top gastronomic event. The second annual event will be held the evening of Sunday September 30, 2012 and hosted by the Lincoln Culinary Institute in Shelton.

Each chef will prepare a signature dish that will be reviewed by a panel of professional judges. In an innovative twist on the traditional cooking contest, guests are allowed to enter each chef’s kitchen space and are invited to discuss the recipes.
