Teenflix Outdoor Movies at the Levitt in Westport

On Aug. 20, the 1999 film “Office Space,” featuring a comedic tale of company workers who hate their jobs and decide to rebel against their greedy boss, will be shown at the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts in Westport.

Coordinator of Youth Services Elaine Daignault stated in a news release yesterday that the outdoor movie series Teenflix continues on Mondays in August featuring classic comedies at the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts.

She said that the Westport Youth Commission has partnered with Toquet Hall, the Westport Library, the LevittPavilion, and the Westport Youth Film Festival (WYFF) to hold the eighth annual outdoor movies series.

“Teenflix has become an August tradition at the Levitt,” said Daignault. “All movies are free and begin at 8:30 pm on Mondays.  Each Teenflix evening will open with an award-winning short film selection of the Westport Youth Film Festival.”
