Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
Location accessible to both Westport and Norwalk residents.

People here are sophisticated and health conscious, and many
of them used to come to our Danbury store. So we decided to open closer to them.

How would you describe your restaurant?
Healthy, light and fresh Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food.
Fast and casual. Lunch, dinner, take-out, delivery and catering.

What are you most proud of about your business?
The quality of the ingredients we use. The freshness and taste of our food. The cleanliness of our restaurant (95/100 in last health inspection)

What's something people would find surprising about your business or profession?
Authentic home-made food served fast. First of a kind concept - Fast casual
Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food.

How are you involved in the community?
We always support charity events, local school fund raising, etc
by offering gift certificates and/or free food.
