UPDATE: Faces Beautiful Relocates, Oddz Moves to Post Road in Westport

Faces Beautiful, originally located at 139 Post Road East in downtown Westport, has moved to 208 Post Road West.

“The main reason I moved is because we are a destination location. The parking in downtown Westport is terrible and is does not accommodate a client who wants to come in for an hour or two,” said Gail Sagel, president, creator and owner of Faces Beautiful. “It was a huge inconvenience to constantly have their cars ticketed.”

Sagel noted that the land that Spruce Home and Garden and The Paper Store sit on used to be parking lots.

“Those lots are all gone,” she said.

Faces Beautiful moved across the Saugatuck River and now has two large parking lots.

Faces Beautiful has formed an association with Salon DeMatteo and Dr. Joseph B. O’Connell, a well know plastic surgeon in Westport, Sagel said.

“He is as much an artist as he is a doctor,” she said. “Now we are really able to offer a tremendous amount of beauty services under one roof.”

Oddz of Westport, which will take the place of Faces Beautiful March 1, is currently located on Main Street in the downtown Westport shopping district beneath the Tavern on Main.

The trendy boutique offers young women's clothing and accessories in a friendly and welcoming environment. Oddz is up to date with the latest fashion trends and carries many unique pieces you won't find anywhere else.

Faces Beautiful, a full-service, downtown salon, offers hair cutting, styling and coloring services for men, women and children. Faces Beautiful also sells jewelry, handbags, and a full line of makeup. 

Oddz will join other new neighboring businesses like Urban Outfitters and Spruce Home and Garden. Across the street, the old Westport Post Office will soon house a restaurant with a sweeping bar and a private party room.
