“We are most excited about being able to share our passion for sushi and sake with people who appreciate fine dining and want something more than just another Japanese restaurant,” Park said.

Pink Sumo & Sushi Café  is set to open in early November and is located at 4 Church Street, across the street from the YMCA and right next to Urban Outfitters.

“We are planning a few events for Pink Sumo after the grand opening that will give people a chance to sample creations from our sushi chef, formerly of the work-renowed Nobu,” Park said  “Westport is home to so many great restaurants and we are excited to be counted among them.”
