Atty. Flaherty joined Levett Rockwood in October of 2010 and practices in the firm's business law group. Her focus is commercial law with a major concentration in real estate matters. Her practice also includes business succession planning, estate planning, estate administration and probate.

Flaherty’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate representation, including: acquisitions and dispositions; securitized lending activities by commercial and investment banks and other financings; leasing for landlords and tenants of retail, office, commercial and industrial properties; sale/leasebacks; condominium matters; foreclosures; workouts; asset management and brokerage issues; construction contracts and disputes; and design professional agreements. Prior to joining Levett Rockwood, Atty. Flaherty practiced commercial real estate with several nationally known law firms, most recently at Fox Rothschild LLP in its Stamford office. She also served as in-house counsel for several years at a large Massachusetts headquartered commercial real estate investment and management company.
