State of Connecticut dignitaries presented Westport-based Gault Energy & Stone with a Citation in recognition of the company's 150 years in business and its distinction as the oldest family-owned and -operated energy company in Fairfield County. Commending the company on its long-standing tradition of leadership and service, as well as its many civic and philanthropic contributions that have made Fairfield County's communities a better place to live, were State Representative Gail Lavielle, 143rd Dist., State Representative Jonathan Steinberg, 136th Dist. (third from right), and State Senator John McKinney, 28th Dist. (far left). The Citation Ceremony took place in the Westport Historical Society exhibit, "150 Years of Yankee Ingenuity: The Gault Family", with three generations of the Gault family in attendance. Pictured with the State dignitaries are Gault Energy & Stone Chairman, Bill Gault (second on left), Gault Energy & Stone President, Sam Gault (center holding Citation) and Gault Energy & Stone Vice President, Jim Donaher (far right).
