Attorney Phillips joined Nusbaum & Parrino after having worked as an associate attorney with another law firm in Westport. Prior to that Attorney Phillips served as a clerk and case flow coordinator for the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown where she clerked numerous hearings and trials, and assisted the Honorable Lynda B. Munro and the Honorable Gerard I. Adelman in docket management.
Attorney Phillips earned a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2012, receiving concentrations with honors in family law as well as civil advocacy and dispute resolution. She was the recipient of distinguished academic achievement awards in advanced family law-trial practice, trusts and estates, law and gender and federal income tax.
Attorney Phillips earned bachelor’s
degrees in communications and sociology from the University of Connecticut in
2009. She is a member of the American
Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar
