Where/When:   Norwalk Hospital on Mar. 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Why Go: Parents and children come together to learn about the benefits of healthy diet and exercise. Each session also includes a brief workout for kids to introduce  different forms of exercise. A Spanish translator is available.

Where/When:   on Mar. 29 from 7:30 p.m. t0 8:30 p.m.
Why Go:   This is a special workshop featuring Forensic psychologist Dr. S. David Bernstein who will discuss bullying and the many issues facing children and their families today.

Where/When:   on Mar. 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Why Go:  This is a unique opportunity for students with Aspergers Syndrome to talk about their experiences with other students who also have Aspergers, to create confidence and leadership.
Pricing:  FREE

Where/When:   Pequot Library in Southport on Mar. 31 from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Why Go: Miss Susan will reads some of her favorite picture books about incredible, “true-story” animal superheroes. For kids ages 5 and up.
Pricing:  FREE.  Registration suggested.

Where/When:    on Mar. 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Why Go:  Stop by the Winter Farmers' Market with the family and shop for organic vegetables, greenhouse greens, eggs, milk, indoor plants, cheeses, baked goods, pork, chicken, lamb and beef, gluten-free products, raw food options, and more.
