Public Works Director Stephen Edwards announced today that a public information meeting about potential improvements to the intersection of Bayberry Lane and State Route 136, (Easton Road) has been scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 7 p.m. in Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall.
“There will be a brief presentation of a study of the intersection commissioned by the Southwestern Regional Planning Agency (SWRPA) and conducted by Milone and MacBroom Inc.,” said Edwards. “There will be opportunity after the presentation for any interested parties to ask questions and/or voice concerns regarding the proposal.”
Copies of the study are available for review in the Public Works Department, Room 210 of town hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
