Public Workshop Scheduled for Merritt Parkway Trail Study

The May 1 workshop is to inform residents about the Merritt Parkway multi-use trail feasibility study.

The Town of Westport has been notified by the Connecticut State Highways Design office that a public workshop will be held on Tuesday, May 1, at 6:30 p.m. at the Westport Police Headquarters classroom.  

“Residents, commuters, business owners, and other interested individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to discuss the issues and opportunities associated with the possible development of a multi-use trail which will be included in the feasibility study,” said the invitation.
