Spying on Your Neighbor's Netflix

A New York Times interactive feature allows you to see the most popular Netflix rentals around Fairfield County.

If you want to know what kind of movies your neighbor is watching, but don't want to be so invasive as to start peeking through their mail, the New York Times has the solution.

The Times published an interactive map of several metropolitan areas around the country, which shows the most highly-rated Netflix rentals in particular zip codes. To see Westport, just click on the New York map and drag it south and west a bit.

The feature allows you to click through an endless stream of movies and see how each faired in your general area, as well as to mouse over your town and see a Top 10 list of popular movies there.
