The Westport Police Department Local Union #2080 and Westport Police Benevolent Association will again sponsor their annual Holiday Toy Drive to provides toys for underprivileged children in Fairfield County.
The program allows for hundreds of toys to be distributed to children who otherwise would have none.

The department asks for your continued support and generosity to help make this year’s drive as successful as in the past.
They need new, unopened, and unwrapped toys.

Westport Police Officers will be collecting donations in the parking lot of The Athletic Shoe Factory, 1560 Post Road East, Westport on Saturdays, Dec. 12 and 19, and Sundays, Dec. 13 and 20 between the 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
In support of the police's efforts, The Athletic Shoe Factory is offering a 10% discount on purchases made on the above listed dates. To qualify for the discount, simply donate a gift or toy to our Toy Drive. Gifts for the Toy Drive can be purchased at the Athletic Shoe Factory as well.
You may also bring your donations to the Westport Police Department located at 50 Jesup Road, at any time. Donations will be collected at the department until Dec. 21, 2009 at 5:00p.m.
