Occupation:  I am currently vice president of the Westport Young Woman's League.  This is an exciting time of year for the WYWL because our membership drive is going on and I get to meet so many accomplished women who want to have a positive impact on the Westport community through volunteer opportunities, community service projects, and our two major fundraisers, CraftWestport and the Minuteman Race.

How long have you lived in Westport?  My husband and I have lived in Westport for 16 years

Favorite Place in Westport?  Like everyone, I love Compo Beach, but I also love to go to concerts with my kids along the Saugatuck River at the Levitt Pavilion and take in a show at the Westport Country Playhouse.

Favorite Restaurant in Westport? Café Manolo – the menu is incredible and with the small plates on the menu you don't have to choose just one dish!

Why Westport? My husband and I chose Westport because it has everything.  Between Longshore and Compo Beach there is always something to do outdoors and you always see someone you know – no matter what the season. Having the opportunity to see so many great performances right here in our own backyard is really extraordinary.

What I have grown to love about Westport is its strong sense of community and tradition of volunteerism.  Many of the things we enjoy about Westport would not happen without the tireless efforts of our neighbors. We have so many talented people in our town and it is truly remarkable how much people give of themselves to make Westport a very special place.
