Letter: Support Tooker for Finance Board

As Washington remains grid-locked in a never ending battle of politicians behaving badly, it is refreshing to see dedicated talent in our own town. Jennifer Tooker believes in giving back to our community through public service, and has been doing just that since she first moved to Westport.
Tooker has tirelessly served on the Conservation Commission and the Board of Education, and is currently running for the Board of Finance, Jennifer Tooker is the rare candidate that understands the role of public servants is to serve their constituents. Her intention in running is not for personal victory or vendetta, but to help Westport continue its trajectory as a world-class town.
With her extensive experience in the private sector, and firsthand experience on the Board of Education she will bring a unique perspective to the Board of Finance. I hope all of your readers will go to the polls on November 5 and vote for Jennifer Tooker.
