As part of its ongoing commitment to professional medical education, the Autumn Benefit Committee of Hospital for Special Surgery will host a cocktail reception and dinner on Friday, November 9, at Guastavino’s, 409 East 59th Street in New York City. Hospital for Special Surgery, located in Manhattan, has an Affiliated Physicians Office in Greenwich. Westport resident Arthur Levitt is on the Benefit Committee that helps make the event possible.
At the benefit, guests will enjoy entertainment by The Unexpected Surfer Boys, featuring a musical tribute to the Beach Boys. More than 300 people are expected to attend. After dinner, the Benefit continues with “Late Night,” an evening of festivity and dancing, hosted by Young Friends of Hospital for Special Surgery.
The Autumn Benefit is an opportunity for Hospital for Special Surgery to celebrate its ongoing commitment to superior medical education and teaching the latest techniques in orthopedics, anesthesiology, rheumatology, musculoskeletal radiology, rehabilitation, sports medicine and physiatry. The benefit supports a variety of educational initiatives and underwrites the HSS Journal, The Muskuloskeletal Journal of Hospital for Special Surgery.
The Autumn Benefit will begin with cocktails at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. “Late Night” will begin at 9:30 p.m. For additional information, visit www.hss.edu/autumnbenefit, or call 917-359-3939.
