New to yoga? Know someone who is? Join us for an Intro to Yoga workshop! We will focus on the basics, building a practice from the ground up. Our breath, our feet, and our seat! If your new year's resolution was to try yoga to relax, stretch or just learn something new, please join us for this workshop to jump start your new year and commit to taking care of yourself in 2013.
