Live Band to Play Indoor Cycling Rides at JoyRide

Burn off your Thanksgiving feasts!  Grab your friends and family for the ever-popular CycleLIVE at JoyRide Cycling Studio. For the second year in a row, JoyRide’s in-house band, ThirdGear, will play live music during two post-Thanksgiving, calorie-torching, 60-minute rides on Friday, November 23 at 9 am and 10:15 am. ThirdGear will play a range of favorite rock tunes  to motivate riders as they accomplish a high-intensity cardiovascular workout.  Instructors Rhodie Lorenz and Mo Prester will lead each class on challenging climbs and sprints, designed to burn extra calories consumed on Thanksgiving.
