Fairfield Earth Day Celebration

This Saturday, April 26, 2014, the Fairfield Earth Day Celebration (FEDC) comes to town!

This annual single-day event (free admission) celebrates our town’s environmental awareness and support for sustainable lifestyles.  With nearly 90 exhibitors, FEDC features cooking demos and loads of entertainment, including professional musicians and children entertainers performing throughout the day. The very popular “Trashy Fashion Show” showcases beautifully crafted, hand-made designs created and modeled by students. A special feature this year will be Gustave Whitehead's 1899 Flying Machine – flying before the Wright Brothers! This annual event has something for the entire family!
