Joanna M. Leone's July Italian-American presentation at the Stamford Senior Center.

Joanna M. Leone, Trumbull, CT author of "Slices of Life Italian-American Stories" July 11th Italian-American presentation will be held at the Stamford Senior Center on 888 Washington Blvd.  Joanna's presentation will include a nostalgic story telling hour along with discussions about excerpts from her book. There are a few stories about Stamford Italian-Americans and Italian-Americans from throughout the northeast that you might know. 

"Slices of Life Italian-American Stories" contains collective memoirs about Italian-Americans from throughout the Northeast who shared their special memories about traditions, celebrations, family, love, devotion, struggles and travel.  The stories will touch your heart, but most importantly, Joanna looks forward to meeting and chatting with everyone and hearing about their own special memories.  

Joanna will be lecturing throughout Connecticut this year at many different venues including  events and book signings  at businesses, bakeries, Senior Centers, restaurants, universities, high schools, coffee shops, wineries and many locations..  Joanna hopes to see you there!
