Vlad Spitzer, Esq. to Educate the Mondays @ 7 Group on Age Discrimination in the Workplace, November 25th

November 21, 2013 – According to Employment Law Attorney Vlad Spitzer,
“Most of the HR professionals out there have no idea
how age discrimination really works. The subject is complicated enough that
many lawyers don’t really understand it, either.”  His goal in presenting to the Mondays @ 7
Group is to demystify age discrimination so that members will see that it’s
really not a “grin and bear” issue but one where the courts are trying to deal
with workplace concepts that are really very complex. What this translates into
for the 50+ job seeker is both good and bad news.

Attorney Spitzer has been practicing in the field of employment law, exclusively,
for the last 20 years. He is a graduate of New York University and of the
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.  Vlad has received multiple awards (Super
Lawyers, Top Lawyers in Employment and Labor Law in CT & New England and
Who’s Who in American Law) as a master of his craft.
