Yoga on the Green Westport

Yoga on the Green is a
full day of yoga on Veteran's Green in downtown Westport to benefit the Smilow
Family Breast Health Center of Norwalk Hospital.

Instructors from local yoga
studios will conduct yoga sessions every hour from 9:00 am until 3:45 pm.  The classes are suitable for every
level of experience and every age. Participants are encouraged to bring mats or
towels. 

A suggested $25 donation
will help support the Smilow Family Breast Health Center’s efforts to provide
integrative medicine therapies to all patients.  These holistic therapies can provide an important extra
level of support to a patient’s healing process and well-being.  Donations will go directly to offset
the cost of these programs for Smilow Center patients, which are not always
covered by insurance.
