INTERFAITH THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION

The Conservative Synagogue will be hosting this year’s annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration on Sunday, November 20, 2011 from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.  This service is sponsored by the Interfaith Council of Westport and Weston and led by members of the Interfaith Clergy Council, made up of local religious leaders. Rabbi Yossi Pollak of Beit Chaverim Synagogue will give the sermon, “Borrowed Glory,” a Weston teen band will play and light refreshments will follow the service.

In the spirit of the Holidays, The Conservative Synagogue will be collecting canned food items to donate to local food pantries.  In addition, the Synagogue will collect new and unwrapped toys to benefit the Rebecca Chusid Toy Drive.

For more information, please contact The Conservative Synagogue at (203) 454-4673
