Ecology Club for Families with Special Needs at Rye Nature Center. Children with special needs are invited to bring a family member with them to the Nature Center and enjoy animal programs, hikes, and other fun science and sensory adventures.

April in Paris with Madeline at the Fairfield Library  at Fairfield Public Library Main Library. In two straight lines, in rain or shine, we'll come to celebrate Madeline! Join us for the 75th anniversary of Ludwig Bemelman's beloved Madeline books. We'll read selections from the books, make a craft, and enjoy a light afternoon tea together.

Wilton Library’s Annual Gigantic Book Sale Fundraiser at Wilton Library. Features more than 70,000 items in more than 50 categories! On Saturday, the Rotary Club of Wilton will sell hot dogs and sodas at lunchtime.

"Basic Stage Combat" for Middle Schoolers at the Byram Shubert Library in Greenwich at Byram Shubert Library. Students will learn the art of the stage magician. Stage combat, like dance, is choreographed with set moves that have to be mastered before you can create a performance piece. Techniques covered will include slaps, punches, blocks and avoids.

Earth Day Family Volunteer Project at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Garlic mustard was introduced in North America in the 1860's as a culinary herb. Today, it is an invasive species in much of Connecticut, including the Stamford Museum & Nature Center.

Spring Celebration Night Hike at New Canaan Nature Center at New Canaan Nature Center. Come explore the magic of spring with us as we wrap up Earth Week with a Spring Celebration Night Hike! We’ll journey through the woods and into the meadows in search of some of our favorite pollinators, butterflies & bats.

Bryam Beach & Park Clean-Up Day at Junior League of Greenwich. Please join the Junior League of Greenwich and the Town of Greenwich for a productive and enjoyable morning. Greenwich Youth Film Festival (GYFF) at Junior League of Greenwich. Please join us to celebrate the third annual Greenwich Youth Film Festival (GYFF) at Cole Auditorium in Greenwich Library.
