Had a horrible experience with this jeweler. Once she had created our engagement ring she was impossible to get a hold of, not prompt in service nor did she respond to any follow up requests. Consigned a ring that she did not fulfill her commitments on and essentially holds hostage. Horrible! Don't use!!
