Pink Sumo Donates to Homes with Hope
Pink Sumo Sushi & Sake Café, which celebrated its Grand Opening on 12/12/12, pledged 20% of sales generated at the event to Homes with Hope, a local charity that supports the homeless.
Pink Sumo is happy to announce that $888.88 was raised for the charity and will be going towards such a wonderful cause.
Homes with Hope is a Westport-based grassroots response to the tragedy of homelessness. With a caring, professional staff and the help of more than 400 volunteers, they assist people who have lost their ability to lead normal lives. Each night, over 80 people find shelter or housing in one of Homes with Hope’s facilities.
