Michele Zowine, 29, of Bethel, was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane on Nov. 19 at approximately 9:15 p.m.
According to police, Zowine was involved in a one-car accident when his vehicle hit a stonewall on South Compo Road in Westport.
Zowine was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 26.

Joshua Bergmark, 35, of Fairfield, was charged with DUI, speeding and failure to drive to the right on Nov. 20 at approximately 1:07 a.m.

According to police, Bergmark was observed travelling on the wrong side of the road and speeding on Riverside Ave. in Westport.
Bergmark was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 27.
