Blotter: Stolen Power Tools, Domestic Assault

Police reports from Feb. 7-8.

The following arrest information was provided by the Westport Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Alan Unger, 44, of Post Road East, was arrested on Feb. 7 at 8:23 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. According to the report, Unger was involved in a domestic dispute and allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. Unger was released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk on Feb. 8.

Donald Kuhn, 41, of Bethel, was arrested on Feb. 8 at 11:20 p.m. on a charge of third-degree larceny. According to the report, Kuhn allegedly stole several power tools from a house under construction in October. He turned himself in at the Westport Police Department. Kuhn’s bail was set at $20,000 and he is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk on Feb. 18.

Marcia Hayes, 52, of Myrtle Avenue, was arrested on Feb. 8 at 11:44 a.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear. According to the report, Hayes was involved in a domestic dispute. When police arrived, they found out that Hayes was wanted for failing to appear in court for a previous dispute. Hayes’ bail was set at $2,750 and she is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk on Feb. 9.

Elizabeth Boak, 59, of Elliott Lane, was arrested on Feb. 8 at 2:40 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive right, evading responsibility and following to closely. According to the report, Boak was wanted for two November accidents where she allegedly left the scene. Boak’s bail was set at $2,500 and she is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
