Bridgeport Man Arrested For Westport Burglary

Westport Police reports for Sept. 26-28.

Noel Miletes, 34, of 1050 Pembroke Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Tuesday and arraigned on charges of third-degree burglary and fourth degree larceny. Miletes was served an active arrest warrant at the Norwalk Superior Court for charges stemming from a burglary and larceny that occurred in March on Maple Avenue South. He was processed at court and issued a court-set $25,000.00 bond.

Jimmy Rivera, 25, of 1761 East Main Street, Bridgeport, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear. Rivera turned himself in at on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court and for motor vehicle charges out of Westport. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond for court Oct. 7.

Stefano Mastroianni, 60, of 545 Garfield Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear. Mastroianni was stopped at the intersection of Post Road West and Wilton Road where police learned of his active arrest warrant out of Bridgeport. (The original charge was not specified in the report). He was released after posting a $1,500 bond for court Oct. 11.
