Bridgeport Woman Arrested for Fraud at Stop and Shop in Westport

Westport police reports: Oct. 19-24.

  • Kelly Duval, 27 of 142A Lorraine Street, Bridgeport, was charged Oct. 20 with fourth-degree larceny. The was contacted by the CT State Police, who stated that Duval, who had a warrant for her arrest in Westport, had been involved in a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 95 and was being transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport.  Officers responded to the hospital and took custody of her as she was being released by hospital staff. The arrest warrant stems from an incident back in July where Stop and Shop loss prevention personnel had been watching Duval, who worked at the customer service desk. She allegedly was making international calls to Jamaica and making fraudulent returns. She was later released for court Oct. 31 after posting a $5,000 bond.

 

  • Paul Fedorovitch, 28 of 114 Harvest Commons, Westport, was charged Oct. 20 with second-degree failure to appear. During a traffic stop, Fedorovitch was found to have a warrant for failure to appear in court in Bridgeport for unspecified charges. He was taken into custody and later released after posting bond a $500 bond for court Oct. 31.

 

  • Westport police charged Andrew Schirmann, 25, and Christopher Grayson, 21, both of 785 Post Road East, Unit 1B, with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and weapons in a motor vehicle
