A New York City man already in prison has been charged with illegally using a credit card to buy more than $15,000 in merchandise from Richard's of Greenwich, with additional purchases at sister store Mitchells of Westport.

Police had obtained an arrest warrant.

He is accused of using the card three times to purchase a total of more than $15,000 in merchandise from Richard's on Greenwich Avenue. Greenwich Police said Pollack faces similar charges lodged by Westport Police who accuse him using the same card to make purchases at Mitchells on Post Road East.
