Man Arrested in Westport for Failing to Pay Marijuana Ticket

The man was taken into custody on a warrant from Bridgeport.

The man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear out of Bridgeport for neglecting to respond to the possession of marijuana infraction, police said.

charged 35-year-old Elliot Nieves Monday with failure to pay or plead.

Nieves was released on $150 cash bond. He is due in Bridgeport Superior Court August 31.
