Westport police arrested Gustavo Valdovinos, 35, of Norwalk aster an officer saw his vehicle cross over the double yellow line several times. The officer could smell alcohol on his breath and he subsequently submitted to a breath test with the following results: .201 and .191. He was charged with DUI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in proper lane. He was issued a $500 bond for court Nov. 29.
