Westport Woman Arrested Following Domestic Dispute

She was additionally charged with refusing to comply with officers' requests following her arrest, according to police.

 

A 39 year-old woman was arrested Monday for her alleged involvement in a domestic dispute and for being uncooperative with police officers, according to the Westport Police Department.

After the woman was taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct and assualt on an elderly, blind or disabled person in the third-degree, she refused to comply with officers' requests and was additional charged with interfering with a police officer, police said.

Her bond was set at $250,000 and she was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court Tuesday morning.

Patricia Powers, 77, of 984 South Pine Creek, Fairfield, was charged on Monday with traveling unreasonably fast.

Laura Finnell, 21, of 6 Side Hill Road, Westport, was charged on Monday with a stop sign violation.

Taly Siedman, 41, of 15 Treadwell Court, Weston, was charged on Monday with driving while using a cell phone (first offense).

Michael Labriola, 32, of 91 Garfield Road, Bristol, was charged on Monday with driving while using a cell phone (second offense).

Anna Forgione, 49, of 45 George Ave., Norwalk, was charged on Monday with operating a unregistered motor vehicle.

Nancy Lambert, 49, of 2468 Sturges Highway, Westport, was charged on Monday with a stop sign violation.

Julie Beck, 52, of 305 Westway Road, Southport, was charged on Monday with failure to renew a motor vehicle license.
