Johanna Marquess, 42, of Fairfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 14 at approximately 2:30 p.m.
According to police, Marquess turned herself in on a warrant stemming from a September 2013 incident in which she allegedly stole a cell phone left at Five Guys Burgers, 534 Post Road East, Westport.
Marquess was released on a written promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 25.
