Richard Snyder of Sturges Highway, Zachary Ventura of Highpoint Road, and Conner Mahoney of Gorham Avenue, all 18 years of age, were issued infractions for possession of alcohol by a minor on Sunday, June 19. According to police, an officer on patrol noticed two parked vehicles in the Burr Farms Sport Complex at about 7:06 p.m. Police said one of the vehicles had occupants inside who appeared to be trying to hide something. Upon approaching the vehicle the officer noticed a strong smell of alcohol and saw two beer bottles on the floor of the car, one of which was spilling its contents. The officer also reportedly saw a third bottle of beer on the back seat of the car. The teens were not allowed to drive their vehicles from the scene. The answer date for the infractions is July 8.
