A fire that engulfed the cab of a tractor trailer on I-95 in Norwalk has backed up southbound traffic in the area of the Route 7 connector tie-in to the highway.
It appears from CT Department of Transportation cameras that firefighters and emergency personnel are overhauling the scene. Southbound traffic is backed up into Westport.
At about 11:45 a.m., the cab was engulfed in flames, according to witnesses.
