The woman turned herself into the Friday evening on three active warrants, police said.
The woman allegedly failed to appear in court, which was the result of a motor vehicle stop in Westport in March, police said.
Westport police charged 35-year-old Jacquette Harris, of Norwalk, with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and failure to pay or plead. Harris was released after posting a $2,750 bond. She is due in Norwalk Superior Court September 4.
